How is it Time Effective?

Your personalised agenda for BEX will enable you to spend your time at the summit in the way that suits you and your company best. Before you go to BEX you will be asked to select which conference sessions you wish to attend and who you wish to meet from amongst your fellow delegates. The result will be an intensive schedule designed to help you meet a variety of professional challenges and lay the foundations of future partnerships.

How are the Meeting Schedules Prepared?

Your meeting schedule will be mutually selected and pre-scheduled in advance of BEX  based on information provided by you and your fellow delegates.All meetings are pre-qualified and there is no onus on you to accept a meeting that you don’t want. Your individal agenda will also ensure that there is no clash with any conference sessions that you would like to attend

The unique BEX format enables you to have continuous access to targeted decision makers through numerous networking and informal meeting opportunities.
