How are the Meeting Schedules prepared?

Your meeting schedule will be mutually selected and pre-scheduled in advance of BEX giving you plenty of time for delegate research and meeting preparation. Approximately 3 weeks before BEX you will receive a list of all attendees at BEX together with information on budgets controlled, projects and purchasing role. You will be asked to select the delegates you wish to meet in order of preference. At the same time, delegates will be looking at information provided by you and other supplier companies and will be making their own prioritised selections based upon their own needs. Our scheduling team will match the delegates and solution providers that have chosen to meet with each other and a preliminary schedule is sent to you for your comments and further requests. Based upon this feedback, a final meeting schedule will be produced for you.

Day One

Welcome Dinner: An informal drinks reception followed by a welcome dinner designed to break the ice amongst the BEX delegates.
